1. What is a Digital Pattern Download [DPD]?
A Digital Pattern Download [DPD] is an electronic file which can be transferred from the Internet and then stored onto your personal computer. Once transferred, the file can be viewed on and printed from the computer as often as you like. All our DPDs contain the same written instructions in the same format as our printed patterns.

2. Do I need special software to download, view or print a DPD?
All our DPDs are formatted as Adobe Reader® PDF files. Adobe Reader is the global standard for digital documents and your computer must have Adobe Reader software installed in order to view and/or print the DPD. Adobe Reader software is free for download and installation at: www.adobe.com..

3. Do I need special hardware to download, view or print a DPD?
A computer, monitor and Internet access are required to download and view a DPD. A printer is only required if you wish to print a hard copy of the file onto paper.

4. Can I download and view a DPD on an iPad?
Yes. You can download a DPD directly onto an iPad as well as transfer a previously-downloaded DPD from a personal computer to an iPad. [For more information, see Question 13.]

5. How do I place an order?
An order can only be placed through this website. To do so, navigate to the individual page of the product you would like to purchase, then click the Add to Cart button. Once you have finished adding all desired products to your Cart, click the red Shopping Cart icon at the top right corner of the website to begin the purchasing process.

6. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards [VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express] as well as PayPal. Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to accept non-electronic forms of payment, such as checks, money orders or cash.

7. Is it safe to send my payment information over the Internet?
Information security is essential when collecting sensitive data for online business transactions. 8. How is my pattern order delivered?
After completing the Checkout process, you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page. If you click on Download the items you ordered, you will be taken to Completed Orders. On the Completed Orders screen, click the View Order Details tab for the order. On the Order Details screen, click the Download Files tab directly below the pattern title to download it.
You will also be sent an Order Confirmation email containing a clickable link to the Download List as well.

9. What is the 10 Hours or Less™ 60-day Money Back Guarantee?
If, for any reason, a customer is unhappy with a 10 Hours or Less™ website purchase, they may notify us within 60 days of the purchase date to request a full refund.
To notify us, send a direct email to contact@10hoursorless.com and type Refund Request in the Subject line. Please be sure to include your name, contact information and Order Confirmation Number in the message.

10. How do I download and save my DPD?
After completing the Checkout process, you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page. If you click on Download the items you ordered, you will be taken to Completed Orders. On the Completed Orders screen, click the View Order Details tab for the order. On the Order Details screen, click the Download Files tab directly below the pattern title.
Click on the name of the file you wish to download. At this point, a pop-up box will offer to Open or Save it. Do not choose "Open", since this will download the file to your Temporary Internet folder and our system will identify it as a completed download. Instead, choose Save.
We suggest that the file initially be saved to the Desktop, so that you can easily verify that the download to your computer has been successful. If you are unable to locate the file after download, initiate a search of your computer using the file name as shown on the Order Details page.

11. How do I download and save my DPD to an iPad?
To begin downloading the DPD to your iPad, click on the name of the file you wish to download and save it into the iBooks application. Once the download has been completed, open it in iBooks and it will automatically be saved to your shelf under PDFs.
To transfer a DPD from your personal computer to your iPad, open the iTunes application. In the top menu, click File > Add to Library. Locate the file you want to transfer. Click on the filename and then click Open. Plug your iPad into your computer and let it sync. The file will then appear on your iBooks shelf.

12. What if I don't receive an Order Confirmation email?
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email after successfully placing an order, first confirm that the email address associated with your Account is correct. If so, check to see if the email was automatically deposited into your Spam, Junk or Trash folder. [If so, please add contact@10hoursorless.com to your address book or list of approved senders to prevent this from happening in the future.]
If you are still unable to locate the Order Confirmation email and did not previously download the purchased file(s) directly from the website, you can download them as follows:
1) Sign in to your Account
2) Click Completed Orders
3) On the Completed Orders screen, click the View Order Details tab for the order
4) On the Order Details screen, click the Download Files tab directly below the pattern title to download it

13. How can I update my Account information?
To update your Account information, sign in to your Account. Click Your Account Details to update your contact information, including your email address. When finished, click the Update My Details tab to save your new information.

14. I've forgotten the password for my Account. How can I retrieve it?
To receive your password via email, click My Account [at the top right corner of the website]. Click Forgot Your Password? to the right of the Sign In button. This will take you to the Change Your Password screen. Enter the email address used when setting up your account and click Continue. An email message with instructions for resetting your password will then be sent to you.

15. I think there's an error in my pattern instructions. What do I do?
If you believe there is an error in your pattern instructions and have not previously been contacted by our Notification Service, please send a direct email to: contact@10hoursorless.com. We will then research the issue and follow-up accordingly.
When a pattern error is discovered and corrected, our Notification Service will forward a revised copy of the file to every client who previously purchased it from our website. To facilitate this, we will use the current email address listed in the client’s Account.
